After Omaha (Neb.) police officer Brian McKenzie was dispatched by radio to a domestic violence incident, he telephoned the comm center and spoke to a dispatcher to obtain directions to the incident. But while on the phone, his patrol car struck and killed a pedestrian at an unmarked intersection.
