Sherburne County (Minn.) dispatcher Wendy Tack helped a woman deliver her granddaughter at 3 a.m. on New Year’s day. Grandma and mother-to-be were at home and had no time to get to the hospital, so the grandmother dialed 911 and reach Tack, who talked her through the steps that led to the delivery.
