A Huntsville-Madison County (Ala.) 911 dispatcher has been arrested while on-duty and charged with possession of cocaine. Kristin Ottman, 36, was arrested Dec. 30th by agents from a multi-county drug task force. Ottman is the daughter of former Huntsville police chief Ric Ottman, who died in 2002. Police said she is employed by the city of Madison, but provided no other details of her employment or the drug charges.
