Dispatcher Saves Choking Girl

Milton (Mass.) police dispatcher Brian Foley fielded a 911 call to hear a woman say, “My daughter’s choking.” He then guided the mother through the Heimlich maneuver and CPR to help save the life of 5 year-old Caroline Smith, who choked on a piece of candy. Foley’s father is a MPD lieutenant, his brother is with the State Police and his grandfather was a Boston PD officer. Read the entire feel-good story here.
