Imperfect Radio Reception Cited in Chase

Radio reception isn’t perfect in some parts of Stearns County (Minn.), officials said after a vehicle pursuit that ended with the suspect being shot. But then, officials said it doesn’t happen often, and didn’t cause “much trouble” in the chase.
