Former Winter Haven (Fla.) police dispatcher Candice Penney would like to return to her job, but her husband Ricky’s cancer forced her to quit to take of him full-time. The Pennys and their four children have had to move in with relatives after Ricky couldn’t work and the house was lost through foreclosure.
