Victim Returns to Beating Scene

The victim of a robbery and beating in Orange County (Fla.) says when he dialed 911 for help, the calltaker said he had to return to the scene to determine the address of the convenience store where the crime occurred. The man resisted the suggestion, fearful that the gang of five persons who beat him again. After the dispatcher continued to insist, he returned and was approached by the gang, but escaped after he fired a pistol at them. Read more about the incident here.
