InterAct Public Safety Systems has released V5.10 of its CAD software that includes some additional features that dispatchers might appreciate: enhanced and unit recommendations. Enroute timers can now be set with defaults by by department and by incident priority, while on-scene timers can be created by event type. Unit recommendations can now be created based on day of week and time of day recommendations, obviously useful for fire department responses, which are often heavier at night.
