The FCC recently proposed changing how it evaluates the accuracy of Phase II cellular 911 call reporting, generally proposing to require carriers to increase accuracy. Now the E9-1-1 Institute has posted a presentation they have been giving on the subject, showing exactly what the new rules will affect. Download (pdf) the presentation here.
