Next Gen 911 Documents Posted

The U.S. Department of Transportation’s Next Generation 9-1-1 Initiative has posted an extensive study describing future systems and their high-level requirements, an approach to cost-benefit analysis and a concept of operations. The documents include one of the most amazing illustrations of the 911 “cloud,” with all of the current and future connections to the system.
