Calltaker Evaluation Software Updated

Voice Print International Corp. has updated its calltaker assessment system, allowing Web-based access to the dispatchers evaluations, real-time comm center status and links to voice logging. VPI’s assessment software allows your agency to create standardized, on-screen evaluation forms using checkboxes, drop-down menus or buttons. Supervisors can quickly perform an evaluation by listening to the linked call recordings or other materials. The evaluation results can then be accessed via a secure Web interface, and graphed over time by individual, shift or other groupings. Find more information about VPI’s assessment solution here.
