Witness Claims Police Beating

A woman driving by a police arrest dialed 911 to report that the two Pasadena (Tex.) officers were beating the suspect, who she claimed was not resisting. The officers were arresting the man for being intoxicated, and admit they had to use force to make the arrest. The man was treated by paramedics in his jail cell, but was discovered dead about five hours later from a punctured lung, caused by a broken rib.
