NENA has approved and posted a facility planning document that covers site selection, financial analysis and some checklists for evaluation. The long title is, “Public Safety Answering Point Site Selection Criteria Operations Information Document (OID) ” It’s intended to help guide the process from first concept through to the start of construction.
