Chief Says Radio Is OK

Gettysburg Borough (Adams County, PA) police chief Joseph Dougherty says that despite some anonymously-posted Internet complaints that the department’s radio system isn’t working right, he can’t find any technical problems with the system. He also says he’s received only two complaints from officers, both easily explained and fixed.
