A Rochester (NY) prosecutor has introduced in court two logging tapes of two 911 calls made last December when a woman was stabbed to death inside her apartment. The woman’s 7 year-old daughter saw her mother injured and dialed 911, reaching dispatcher Kevin McCoy, who carefully questioned the girl as police responded. The suspect also dialed 911 to explain what happened–that he “blacked out.” Watch a TV report about the crime that includes some of the 911 calls here.
