Drug Overdose Becomes Murder

An 26 year-old Palm Beach Gardens (Fla.) man is under arrest and charged with murder, sexual battery and false imprisonment in the death of an 18 year-old woman. According to police, the man’s father learned of the death, drove to consult and attorney, and then dialed 911 to report the incident. In an extraordinary phone call, he reported a “drug overdose” to the dispatcher, and only later told a fire dispatcher that the woman was dead. Read the story and listen to the 911 call here.
