One of the most well-respected public safety trainers will be teaching a one-day risk management course at PSTC’s training headquarters in Redwood City (N. Calif.) during November. Gordon Graham instructs in a wide variety of topics, including law enforcement, civil liability and management. To have him teach a comm center-specific class is very unique, and because it’s California POST reimbursable, it would be a no-brainer for any in-state dispatcher to attend.
