Bucks County 911 dispatcher Stephen Sliwka was arrested on child pornography charges after his van was burglarized, and a suspect was arrested with a toolbox. The suspect confessed and pointed out the vehicle he burglarized, and police determined the owner was Sliwka. When Sliwka came to pick up the toolbox, police said he admitted that the toolbox contained DVDs of underage girls. Police obtained a search warrant for his house and took several items as evidence. He was then arrested and arraigned in court on one count of sexual abuse of children.
