Last Words on 911

The last words of a 14 year-old boy were to a Hilo (Hi.) 911 operator, after the boy was stabbed in the neck by his enraged father. The boy’s jugular vein was severed and he bled to death before emergency units could reach him. His pregnant mother was also stabbed by the man. The baby died but the mother survived. On the logging tape an unnamed dispatcher calls out for the boy. “Tyran…Tyran. I don’t hear him breathing anymore,” the dispatcher said. Read more here.
