A former Miami Township (Ohio) police officer who was exonerated of raping a dispatcher but suspended for sexually harassing the woman is now asking for his job back. James Young, 48, was fired in 1997, but reinstated in 2000 by an arbitrator’s ruling, and then retired on disability in 2003. His situation includes the rape and sexual harassment accusations, other complaints, department politics and a mystery internal investigation. Read more about Young’s attempt to be rehired here.
