Hartford (Conn.) police say they are awaiting a citizen’s formal complaint after she was arrested by police as she was on the phone with a dispatcher reporting someone was being attacked. It turns out the attackers were undercover officers arresting a drug suspect. Somehow the officers and the female caller came into contact, and she was arrested. Charges were dropped against the woman, and police say they’d investigate the incident if the woman files a formal complaint. Read more about the incident and her 911 call here.
