North Andover (Mass.) dispatcher Nathan Kenney was taking a break outside the police building when the department’s police dog attacked him, leaving him with wounds on his upper arm. The 3 year-old German Shepherd has been with the department one year, and handler Sgt. Ghuck Gray said the dog is usually very sociable. The dog has been suspended pending an investigation, while Kenney was treated and released.
