Columbiana County (Ohio) sheriff’s dispatcher Marilyn Wickine testified in court about the 911 call she answered from a woman whose voice was so soft the logging recorder didn’t pick up all her words. The woman is charged with stabbing an aquaintance. “It sounded more like a plea,” Wickline told the court under questioning by the prosecutor. Read more here.
