An investigation into the handling of 911 calls that reported sighting of a missing woman has concluded that dispatchers at the Grays Harbor (Ore.) comm center did not violate policies or procedures. You may recall that a 69 year-old woman was reported missing back in January, and her car was sighted by a motorist. But two other urgent incidents prevented dispatchers from broadcasting that sighting to patrol units. The woman was found 11 days later where her car left a rural road, prompting questions from the family, and an investigation.
