Help Complete a Survey

Australian emergency management coordinator Michael Moriarty has posted an on-line survey to help gather information into emergency call taking and dispatch performance standards. The survey is part of his pursuit of a Masters Degree at the University of Melbourne. Those who participate will eventually receive the results of the survey, which could provide some valuable insights into performance standards.
