Volunteers Create University

The National Registry of Certified EmComm Volunteers (NRCEV) has now created an eUniversity to help standardize the training of Amateur and other radio operators who work alongside professionals during major incidents. The group already provides certification of radio operators, and now the eUnivesity will provide an on-line source of learning content and resources for students.
