Police in Fort Pierce (Fla.) have told a Circuit Court judge that they have found three additional 911 logging tapes related to a murder trial that was just disrupted by a mistrial. Judge James McCann admonished the police department over the disappearance, noting that the police department had withheld other audio and video tapes from both the prosecution and defense. State investigators found the latest tapes in a detective’s file cabinet, but don’t believe anyone purposely withheld the tapes.
