Former Dispatcher Sentenced

Former Ticonderoga dispatcher Moncia Stacy, 27, has been sentenced to six months in jail, 10 years probation and was fined $1,370 in connection with her guilty plea to sex charges. Stacy must also register as a sex offender under the plea bargain. Her boyfriend Kenneth Otley was found guilty last year on similar charges and is serving a year in jail. A third dispatcher, Michael Alteri, 34, was also found guilty and will be sentenced in February. The sentences stem from parties the three held at their apartment where under-age girls would be given alcohol. According to court documents, Stacy had an on-going relationship with a 16 year-old girl who attended the parties. All three were suspended by the department, and Otley and Alteri later resigned.
