Jeffrey Bimbaum writes in his Washington Post column that Nextel co-founder Morgan O’Brien is using lobbyists to “get rich the Washington way.” O’Brian is working on Capitol Hill to gain support for his Cyren Call proposal to create a national public safety radio network using 30 MHz of spectrum in the 700 MHz band.
