Dispatcher Helps Save Baby

Montgomery County (Md.) Fire and Rescue Emergency Rich Brown used EMD cards to handle a 911 call from a man whose wife was about to give birth. Brown learned from the new father that the baby didn’t appear to be breathing, and gave the father instructions. Finally, the baby began breathing and crying.
