Jefferson County (Mo.) dispatcher Tanya Moder is the mother of a 16 year-old daughter who has suffered from a series of congenital spine ailments that puts her in severe pain. Now a possible surgical solution has been offered by a California doctor, and Tanya is working to raise the needed $50,000 cost of the surgery that’s not covered by health insurance.
