A tragic vehicle accident Wednesday morning claimed the life of Azle Police Department dispatcher Stacy Gordillo, 34, on her way to work. Police say a Chevy Suburban skidded possibly because of rain-slicked roads at 5 a.m. on Wednesday morning, crossed the grass divider strip, went airborne, and then struck a pick-up truck occupied by Gordillo and another woman. Both were declared dead at the scene. The accident has saddened her co-workers in the town of 10,000 northwest of Fort Worth. Gordillo leaves behind her husband and three children, 10, 12 and 16 years-old. Watch a video report on the accident here, and help the family at the 911 CARES Web site.
