A Jefferson County (Tenn.) couple were attacked and robbed in their home by strangers, and they dialed 911 to report it. Now a WBIR-TV report questions if the dispatcher’s raised voice during the call was appropriate. Marcus Reed, Jefferson County’s 911 executive director, told the reporter the raised voice sounded appropriate, but remarks by the unnamed dispatcher later in the call were questionable.
