B911 to E911 Migration

The Illinois Commerce Commission will consider a proposal this week from Adams County (Ill.) to convert their Basic 911 system to Enhanced 911. The county’s plan includes creating a database of every address in the county and the city of Quincy, and then a testing process that would cover up to 15,000 phone calls and an error goal of less then 1 percent.
