KTVU-TV (Oakland) reporter Ken Wayne discovered police department priority codes, and did a report on how several law enforcement agencies implement them in the San Francisco Bay area. At least two agencies don’t track their response times by priority code, while others have horrible performance in achieving their own response goals. Watch the report (Quicktime 7) here.
